Bamberton Development Corporation held a topping-off ceremony entitled Seismic Shift: A Sound Investment last March 9, 2023, at Arca South, Taguig City.

The topping-off ceremony is a tradition of builders, especially in vertical construction works, to commemorate the completion of the building's structure –– to signify that the highest structural point of building construction has at last been accomplished. 

The ceremony started on the 18th floor led by Donway Sy (Director, Bamberton Development Corp.) then proceeded to Basement 1 to present the building's base isolation system and introduce the sister company, Quakesafe Phils, Inc., a one-stop-shop company promoting the use of seismic isolation bearing in mitigating the effects of a devastating earthquake. The event ended with Dioceldo Sy (CEO & Founder, Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc.) giving the closing remarks.

March 9, 2023, is also the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED).
