This remarkable structure is the first high-rise building in the Philippines to implement advanced earthquake-resistant features, utilizing a base isolation system. This innovative seismic protection system, composed of 46 units of HDR (High-damping Rubber) Bearings, effectively isolates the basement from the upper floors, ensuring minimal displacement during seismic events.
